If you have created a new account for Guild Wars Reforged on mobile and wish to link it to your ArenaNet account, please follow these steps:
- Login to Guild Wars Reforged on your mobile device.
- At the character select screen, select “Edit Account” from the bottom left of the screen.
- Click “Manage Account,” followed by the green “Next” button in the bottom right.
- You will be directed to the account management page for your Guild Wars Reforged mobile account.
- Click the menu next to “Overview” in the top right of the page (indicate by three horizontal lines) and select “Link Accounts.”
- Input the email and password for your existing ArenaNet account and click “Link Accounts.”
- Once complete, you will be able to login with either your mobile platform (Google/Apple) account or ArenaNet credentials on mobile, and can access your account on the PC client using your ArenaNet credentials.
I already have a Guild Wars Reforged account and want to continue playing on mobile.
If you already own Guild Wars Reforged on PC, you can download the Guild Wars Reforged client on mobile and select the “Sign In With Existing Account” option on the login screen. You can then login with your ArenaNet account credentials and continue playing the game with your existing characters and progress.
I linked my mobile account to the wrong ArenaNet account, or am experiencing another issue.
