To locate your support ID on mobile, please login to the Guild Wars Reforged mobile client.
At the character select screen, click the “Edit Account” button.
Then, select “Manage Account” and click the “Next” button in the bottom right.
This will take you to your account overview page, where you can find your account name and display name. Click “Support” in the top right.
This will log you into the support site, and display your Support ID in addition to the account details from your account overview:
Please provide the following information when contacting support about your Guild Wars Reforged mobile account:
- Goole or Apple ID
- Display Name
- Support ID
