Refund Policy

If you purchased Guild Wars or Guild Wars Reforged from store.guildwars.com and change your mind within 30 days, you may submit a refund request to our support team. To ensure that we have all the information we need to process your request, please be sure to include the following details:

  • Your Guild Wars or Guild Wars Reforged purchase Order ID provided in the receipt of the purchase (if available).
  • The email address you used when making the purchase. (if available).
  • Your billing ZIP code or postal code.
  • For transactions involving a credit/debit card, ONLY the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used.

Refunds for the Steam version of Guild Wars or Guild Wars Reforged are handled according to Steam's refund policy.

Note: 

  • The refund process includes disabling any serial codes associated with the refunded transaction. If you wish to continue playing Guild Wars Reforged after we process your refund, you will need to purchase a new serial code.
  • Please note that not all serial code purchases will be eligible for a refund.
  • We are not able to provide refunds for purchases made using PaySafeCard.
