The following is a list of known issues and errors for Guild Wars Reforged on mobile platforms.
The issues listed are known by our development team and in the progress of being resolved, so there is no need to contact support to report the issue.

Current Known Issues:
- Players are unable to redeem serial keys on mobile. Serial keys are intended for PC created accounts only. If you have an existing Guild Wars account, you will need to add the serial key through the PC client. If you have a mobile created account, and do not wish to create an account for PC, you may request a refund by contacting support.
Resolved Issues:
- Users who purchase a campaign on mobile may not receive the two additional character slots which are intended to be included with the purchase.
- In some cases, redeeming a campaign will not properly remove ads.
- Controller support is not available on some platforms.
