The following is a list of known issues and errors for Guild Wars Reforged on mobile platforms.
The issues listed are known by our development team and in the progress of being resolved, so there is no need to contact support to report the issue.

Current Known Issues:
- On mobile devices, there is no working controller inputs to swap weapons.
- On some iOS devices or Apple accounts, the store will not load any available items for purchase, blocking players from buying campaigns or other content.
- Some Android devices which should be capable of running the game are shown as not compatible and blocked from downloading the game in the Google Play Store. We are monitoring reports of impacted devices and working to expand compatibility. If you would like to report incompatibility with your device, consider adding it to this list on the official Guild Wars wiki.
- Anti-Aliasing is not currently available in the graphics options on mobile.
- Players are unable to redeem serial keys on mobile. Serial keys are intended for PC created accounts only. If you have an existing Guild Wars account, you will need to add the serial key through the PC client. If you have a mobile created account, and do not wish to create an account for PC, you may request a refund by contacting support.
Resolved Issues:
- The option to play for free (with ads) on mobile may not be able to be selected on certain devices with smaller screens.
- Users on Android version 12 may experience a graphical error which causes a large black bar and/or the game's user to stretch across the top of the screen.
- Users who purchase a campaign on mobile may not receive the two additional character slots which are intended to be included with the purchase.
- In some cases, redeeming a campaign will not properly remove ads.
- Controller support is not available on some platforms.
