Current Known Issues:
- Players may encounter Error 105 when attempting to redeem a Guild Wars Reforged access key on an account that had access removed previously. Players can either create a new Guild Wars Reforged account using the key to access the game immediately, or await a fix to redeem it on the account experiencing this error.
- Players may encounter error 041 when attempting to create a new Guild Wars Reforged character.
- Some non-Steam players may experience slow downloads due to server traffic. We are monitoring the situation and working to add servers and improve download times.
Resolved Issues:
- Some players may have fewer character slots than intended when making a new account, or when receiving additional campaigns upon the game being upgraded to Guild Wars Reforged: resolved 12/15.
- Some users are not able to receive the "Igneous Summoning Stone" when using the "/bonus" command in game, despite being eligible to receive the item: resolved 12/9.
- DLC content on Steam (Eye of the North and Bonus Mission Pack) is unavailable for some who purchased the content on Steam: resolved 12/8.
- Item traders in the game are currently all empty: resolved 12/7.
- The client may crash when the new Guild Wars Reforged splash screen is displayed during patching.
- The graphics settings panel always reports the anti-aliasing setting as "2x MSAA," even after the setting is changed to another value.
- The screen may appear washed out when under the "Drunk" status with the new SSAO graphical option enabled.
- The new quest tracker will be re-enabled when changing maps, even if manually disabled by the player.
- The game client may become unresponsive and freeze in certain areas, resulting in the duplication of NPC and interactable object name plates, and freezing of characters and the game world. During this time, users can still interact with menus and certain interface elements, and moving away from the in-game location where the issue began may return the client to a functioning state.
